Mystery Frequencies

Heres how this page works. Anyone who has local frequencies for the Preble County area that needs some help indentifying who the user is can submit info to me for publish here. Hopefully, we can both benefit from this page.

So here goes........I've got two mysteries that I could use some help on:

The Lattice Communications (WPLS391) license was terminated. All the frequencies for this license appear to be now covered under a new license name of "127 West Main LLC" (WQDF756).

Mystery #1

During school time in the mornings, there is a school bus user on the 464.0250 freq with a DCS of 532. So far, this user hardly ever calls out locations; but, I was lucky enough to get a breakthrough here recently. I heard one driver telling another something about her route "...North of Gratis; but, South of New Paris". So this would put us in the North part of Preble County....(albeit kinda far apart according to a map) But still, in Preble.......any ideas?

Now, this freq comes up under a FCC license for the following:

127 West Main LLC (WQFD756)
461.1750
463.3000
464.0250
464.0750

...and if I recall correctly, 464.025 also used to be licensed to Preble Human Services. Can anyone help with this.......

Mystery #2

Need help figuring this out.....

Eaton Medical Transport in Eaton, Ohio uses the 463.3000 repeater along with a DCS of 412. But, they are also heard (simulcast) with some local traffic on  452.4750/457.4750 with a DCS of 072. I have checked for records on the 452/457 freq with no luck. Also checked on 463.300 (for use other than 127 West Main LLC in the area) and the FCC Database comes up with P&R Spectrum (I am fully aware of who P&R is). The 452/457 freq is heard strong in downtown Eaton, mobiles and all. The 463.300 freq is used somewhat like a wide-area freq; like hospital runs up into the Dayton area. Anyone have any better take on this setup?
