Preble County Local Government Frequencies

Since Preble County is a rather rural county; its' primary economy is agriculture. Without most of the urban sprawl that is in some of the larger surrounding counties; Preble County does not have the crime rate the larger counties have.

Need help with identifying if these are used by these local government agencies:
154.085               Camden & Eaton Local Gov'ts - I've heard Eaton Wastewater on this; but nothing for Camden
159.120               Dixon Twp (WNLV611)
159.120               Monroe Twp (WNAM476)
159.180               Lanier Twp (WPKM894) - I have a PL tone of 167.9 on this frequency
154.040               Lewisburg, Village of (WQAX922)
151.130              Twin Twp (WPGH333)
461.50/466.50     Somers Twp (WPKK899)

Any help would be gratefully appreciated in narrowing the usage down for these freq's. PL tone, users, anything!!!
