Lieutenant Piersall joined the Fletcher Police Department in 1995.  He was promoted to sergeant in 1997 and currently serves as Lieutenant.   He is a graduate of Clark State Community College.

Sergeant Dan Collins joined the Fletcher Police Department in 2006.  He served as patroman and was promoted to sergeant in 2008.   He is a graduate of Edison State Community College.
