My Brothers' Keeper Quilt Group-Friendship Chapter is a fun and dedicated group of volunteers from the Greater Dayton, Ohio, area who support the homeless and those in need by making sleeping bags and quilts, knitting and crocheting warm items, and participating in charity sewing efforts by making tote bags, clothing, and other items.

In 3-1/2 years we have completed 447 sleeping bags!

This grassroots efforts was started by Flo Wheatley in 1985 and has spread across the country.  Flo estimates that more than 100,000 sleeping bags have been made and donated!
