The Cable Guy from Killing Time
This is a 1:4 scale, head only, bust of Cable done by Claudio Setti. There's a lot of detail in face and so much surface texture you're going to love drybrushing this.
Painted with delta Ceramcoat craft paints and detailed with pastels and Createx transparent gray paint (thanks to Dan Cope for that tip). The base is base coated with black and coated with blue Parma color change paint. It only appears as blue with direct light, otherwise it's black.
