Nuclear Man from Killing Time

Here's a cool bust of one of my all-time favorite characters:  Firestorm.  The kit was sculpted by Brian Young.  The pillar of fire base and the flaming "hair" are cast in clear resin.

I used Delta Ceramcoat Butter Yellow and Opaque Red plus Folk Art Winter White.  I then used pastels to provide shading.  The base and hair are painted with Delta transparent glass paint: red, royal blue, and yellow.  Although you cannot see it in the pictures, I also added a light under him to shine through the base, and another light in his head to make his hair glow.
