Hellraiser Inlay Page

This is the Hellraiser puzzlebox chainmail inlay I made. If you've seen the movie you should recognize it.

It's made from a little over 6,700 rings in the european 4 in 1 pattern.  The rings are brass and black steel, 16 gage 1/4" diameter.  It took about 30 hours to make and is roughly 2 feet square when fully stretched.  I started working on it Christmas day 2002 and finished 2 weeks later.

This is the second Hellraiser inlay I did.  It is one of the other sides of the puzzlebox.

Like the other inlay it is brass and black steel.  It is larger though, approx 2.5 feet square.  I will soon combine the two inlays into a shirt. Pictures of that will be coming soon.

Both patterns were made with a program called PCStitch.  This is a program that can take a picture and create a counted cross stitch pattern. It took only a few minutes to create the patterns from pictures I found on the web.

Here are the patterns in a zip file.  I've also included the versions that have been converted to Zlosk's Irregular Grid Painter
