110 dough in with 4 gal + 1tsp gypson + establish grain bed 15 min.
add 2 gal @150 full heat & pump hard I want to go past 113 to 135 as
quickly as possible

135 protien rest & adjust pH to 5.2x 12 min. my water supply is
pH 8.4 I use this temp to adjust pH with acid as quickly
as possible big advantage with RIMS easy to add pH modifier pump 10 min
or so then check and adjust if req.

because this seems to good to be true I add 20 or 30 min.
