Program Information and Costs

Our cost for 14 Regional, 16 Regional, and 17 Regional teams will be $450.00. For insurance and rental purposes, there will be a try-out fee of $5.00.

TRY-OUT INFORMATION

14 and under Regional teams (Players born on or after September 1, 1993 or are currently in the 7th or 8th Grade)

Sunday, November 11, 1:00 - 3:00 PM, at Piqua Junior High School (MANDATORY)
Map and Directions

16 and under Regional teams (Players born on or after September 1, 1991 or are currently in the 9th or 10th Grade)

Sunday, November 11, 4:00 - 6: PM, at Piqua Junior High School (MANDATORY)
Map and Directions

17 and under Regional teams (Players born on or after September 1, 1990 or are currently in the 11th Grade)

Sunday, December 2, 1:00 - 3: 00 PM, at Piqua Junior High School (MANDATORY)

There will also be a parents' meeting immediately following each try-out. These meetings are a chance to have your questions answered about club volleyball.

An OVR Waiver and Release of liability form, WOVC Player Profile form, WOVC Waiver and 2008 USA Volleyball Player Medical History and Release form must be filled out and presented at the try-out. If these are not filled out and brought to the try-out, THE PLAYER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE!!! ALSO, PLEASE BRING A SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE TO THE TRY-OUT!!! Copies will be available at the tryout location. Thank you for your help.
